These terms apply when you book or use services from HoH - Door to Door Car Cleaning Services ("HoH", "we"), Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India. By booking with us you agree to them.

Our services

We clean and detail cars at the customer's location in Ghaziabad, Noida and Delhi NCR. Mobile Car Care arrives with its own water and power. Car Experts use the water and power available at your parking spot. Services depend on availability in your area and at your chosen time.

Booking

• You can book through WhatsApp, our mobile app or by phone. This website shows our services and prices; it does not take bookings.
• A booking is confirmed once the advance is paid and you receive a confirmation from us on WhatsApp.
• We may need to reschedule if weather, safety or access makes the service impossible at the chosen time. We will contact you to agree a new time.

Prices and payment

• Prices depend on the package and your car type and are confirmed with you before you pay. Prices on this website can change; the price confirmed for your booking is the one that applies.
• To book, you pay an advance: for Mobile Car Care and for Car Experts. It is adjusted in your final bill.
• You pay the balance after the service is done, to the team or online.
• Add-ons you request on the spot are added to your bill at the listed price for your car.

What we need from you

• Access to the car at the booked time, with permission to work in your parking area.
• For Car Experts: a water tap and a plug point within reach of the car.
• Please remove cash, jewellery and other valuables from the car before the service.
• Tell us about any existing damage, loose parts or areas to avoid before we start.

Service limits

Cleaning improves how your car looks but cannot always remove old stains, scratches, dents, paint fade or damage that existed before the service. If you are not happy with the result, tell the team before they leave or message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible so we can look into it.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds of the advance follow our Refund Policy.

Partners

Car care businesses and professionals who join the HoH partner network work as independent partners. Their earnings and terms are agreed with them in writing during onboarding.
