HoH - Door to Door Car Cleaning Services ("HoH", "we", "us" or "our"), based in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India, respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our services through WhatsApp, this website, our mobile app or phone calls, and how we use, store and share it.

Information we collect

• Contact details: your name, phone number and the messages you send us on WhatsApp.
• Booking details: your car's make, model, type and registration number, your service address and location pin, the services you choose and your preferred time.
• Payments: the amounts you pay and their status. Online payments are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay; we do not receive or store your card or bank details.
• Service records: photos or videos of your car that our team may take before and after a service, and feedback or reviews you share with us.
• Partner applications: if you apply to join our partner network, the details you submit about yourself, your business, service areas and equipment.

Like most websites, our servers record your device's IP address when you send a form or use our app, to keep accounts secure and stop abuse. This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It only remembers the car type you pick, in your own browser, so prices stay on your car as you move between pages.

How we use your information

To answer your questions, give you prices, schedule and deliver services, send booking and service updates, process payments and refunds, run loyalty points and referral rewards, review partner applications, and improve our service. When you message our WhatsApp number, our system, including an AI assistant, reads your messages to answer questions, give quotes and help schedule appointments.

Who we share it with

We share information only as needed to provide our services:

• The team member or partner assigned to your booking receives your name, car details, service address and what you booked. Calls between you and the team may go through a number-masking service so neither side sees the other's personal number.
• Service providers that run parts of our system for us: Meta (WhatsApp), our AI assistant provider, Razorpay (payments), and the cloud hosting and messaging tools we use to store data and notify our staff.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as needed to provide our services, keep proper records of bookings and payments, and meet legal obligations.

Your choices

Children

Our services are not directed at children under 18.
